Dr. McDougall is proud to serve the Mt. Gilead and Morrow County communities. A native of nearby Mt. Vernon, Ohio, she grew up immersed in small-town values, actively participating in 4-H, showing horses, playing sports, and engaging with her church. These early experiences instilled in her a strong sense of community and a passion for providing exceptional dental care in rural America.
After earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, Dr. McDougall opened her own practice in Marysville, Ohio. For over 20 years, she delivered high-quality dental care while balancing the demands of raising a family, supporting a husband with an international travel schedule, and caring for aging parents. She briefly stepped away from practice ownership for two years, but her dedication to rural dentistry called her back, inspiring her to establish Morrow County Dental—her lifelong dream realized.
In 2020, Dr. McDougall once again paused her practice to care for her husband, Tom, during his battle with oral cancer. With Tom now in full remission, she has returned to dentistry with renewed passion, joining Dugas Dental to help patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
Known for her gentle touch, warm demeanor, and unwavering commitment to patient care, Dr. McDougall is beloved by her patients. Her dedication to community service and personalized, comprehensive care makes her a trusted and cherished member of the dental community.

Outside the office, Dr. McDougall is deeply involved in her community, serving as a Deacon at Worthington Presbyterian Church. She and her family enjoy international travel, exploring new restaurants, cheering for Buckeye football, and attending musical theater performances. She and her husband, Tom, have one daughter, Lauren, who resides in Dallas, Texas. At home, they enjoy the company of their beloved Cavapoo, Danny Boy.

Dr. Christina Negray grew up outside of Cleveland in Avon, OH. When she was 14, her aunt passed away from oral cancer, igniting her passion for dentistry and oral health. While in college, she attended a dental mission trip to Lima, Peru. While there, she was able to provide dental care to the underserved, further confirming her love of the field. Dr. Negray graduated dental school in 2022 as the elected Student Government Association’s President. She is a proud member of the American Dental Association and Ohio Dental Association.

Outside of the office, you can find Dr. Negray playing with her Aussie Mountain Doodle, Rossi, or planning her upcoming wedding with her Fiancé, Steven. She also enjoys staying active at Orange Theory Fitness and running half marathons. On Saturdays in the fall, you will find Dr. Negray at the Shoe cheering on her beloved Buckeyes or at home cozying up to a new book.
Dr. Negray provides dental care in our Lewis Center location on Mondays, Tuesday sand Wednesdays, and in our Mt Gilead location on Thursdays.
Dr. Wheeler has practiced dentistry for over thirty years in many different realms including private practice, Native American reservations, military events, and correctional facilities. The common thread through all these experiences is providing the best quality of dentistry possible in a manner that shows she cares about her patients as if they are dear friends or close family members. Her passion for excellence is demonstrated through her Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, an award held by only 7% of general dentists. She is comfortable in all phases of general dentistry and is looking forward to broadening the already excellent range of services at Dugas Dental - Mount Gilead.

Outside of the office, Dr. Wheeler enjoys a wide range of outdoor activities including fly fishing, bicycling hiking, and spending time with her adult children. She values her Ohio community and looks for opportunities to serve through her church and other venues. She also supports local arts and businesses and practices sustainable farming. Don't get her started about organic produce!
